Custom paintedRX-8 wheels. Now with PICS!!!!!

Well here are the pics of my custom painted RX-8 wheels. Finally installed them this morning. Apologize for the crappy indoor pics but weather is rainy. Better pics coming as soon as weather clears up......(drive2)

Those would look really good on a Black Mica MSP too. Lookin good, what did you use to paint the wheels?

Wheels were painted same as if it were any other body part. Color is a OEM Porsche color used on their painted wheels. Im hoping we get good weather in the next few days so I can get some pics in the sunlight....

I think I know what color youre talking about. Ive been trying to convince my dad to get wheels that color for his car (go for the black on black look) but hes not convinced yet.

Car really does look good with the wheels though. Can't wait to see some daytime pics.

So Today is a picture perfect morning. Sunny not a cloud in the sky.... Perfect weather for picture taking... I being the genius that I am forget the digicam at home...(doh) ....
Took a few pics with the cellphone hopefully they come out nice....

Hmmm...not quite sure. Curious though, why did you not paint the inside of the rims?

the crappy pics make them look almost purple. i like them but the color of them kinda clash with the color of the car IMO.

In person the wheels are a dark grey and look sweet... The cellphone camera isnt the best for quality pics...

I have mixed feelings. In one shot they look good but in another shot I see overkill. Too much black.

Thanks for the props guys... After having them on fopr 2 weeks I can say I really like the looks...I get alot of people coming up to me asking about the wheels... Glad I decided to go with that color.....
