I konw everyone probably thought it was going to be alright without the Crusie control but i drove to Nopi and Back and that is 12 hours!!! My foot was dead!! Has anyone put or aquired info on aftermarket Cruise control? My dealer said it would cost me $250 but i dont know the brand name, it is not mazda. Lets hear it peeps what do you think??? :mad:

I checked with a aftermarket place here and they told me $329 installed for cruise. The only thing that I didn't like is that they would have installed another stem off of the steering column on the right side behind the turn signal. I wanted to have a steering wheel control like the protege's w/ cruise have. They didn't have one so I opted to wait.

I got an after-market cruise installed before i bought the car. it was $250, but came as part of the deal. I do too much driving and have very limited time so I settled for the after-market stuff instead.

It's a stick on the steering column below the turn signal. it doesn't look horrible, but it's not what i wanted. however, it does work well. sorry, i don't know the brand. the dealer took the car the day i bought it to an after-market shop and had it installed. sorry i couldn't be more help. the pics are coming as soon as i can get my hands on a digital camera.
