dude you didnt listen very good... i had it at 17psi it just didnt feel like it helped i have a boost gauge! what im saying is its just putting out too much heat in the intake temps... its not helping its hurting performance... thats why i will be putting on a bigger turbo why buy a cheapo hybrid part to make the turbo temps go down when you can buy a bigger turbo and tne the thing

Not that I have heard of, then again I havent seen anything on the market in form of injectors or and ems for our cars.

I would be very wary about upgrading the turbo if that's the case. Not many aftermarket tuners understand DI systems, and even fewer(if any) have hardware capable of controlling DI systems.

only way is to take out the entire harness and go ems possible optronics i dont know what i will run yet i do have one sittin here...lol but i gotta get a shop manual to tell me what wires go where to do the searching for the wires alot easier

Im with you, one thing I am very sketchy about is upgrading turbos on this car, Im just waiting to see the number Ill get after all my stuff is done and after tuning in the spring, then I will make my decision on whether or not to upgrade the turbo.

Good call. Many more posts on the efficiency and power levels of this turbo. Direct Injection is available on how many cars right now?
There is still a lot of research to be done on the effects DI has on a turbo engine, limitations and benefits.
All factors should be considered, ie. heat soak, air, fuel, turbo etc...

only one way to find out is to try right i have no problem with failing a few times. thats how we all learn right? im willing to go with a few motors but i will succed once and thats all i will need well i hope thats all i will need

but your right about the di sys. it might be tricky but if people dont try what are you gonna do leave it stock and try to make more hp? dont happen thats why theres idiots like me who try and crack the code nobody gets it right the first time if they do its luck

I'm all for people taking the risks, as long as people like yourself and companies foot the bill.:) DI is a great system and the more progress the aftermarket makes the better. Acura and BMW have DI-turbo motors in production, so there are a few platforms to tinker with.

Shiv @ Vishnu is actually having great success milking power from the BMW 335i, power to the tune of 350whp @ 10psi!
