I ran it for a while. Just make sure you get the cp-e TIP that has a 3" coupler so that it mates up to the cp-e SRI.
I have mine in about a year and a half now, with zero issues. It doesn't quite sit in the space left by the stock airbox, but there appears to be no strain on the mount.i just installed the cp-e nano mated to a cobb TIP last weekend. the cobb TIP must be a bit shorter than the stock TIP because the nano is pulled somewhat toward the intercooler (instead of sitting in the center of the empty space freed by the stock air box), and it doesn't perfectly align with the mounting bracket, which is putting some strain on the vibro-mount and will probably cause it to fail prematurely. function is not affected.
