Just ordered a corksport sri and it comes with a turbo inlet. I have looked on different threads and sites and it takes around 3-4hrs too install the inlet. Beause I have a leased vechicle and the install time I really didn't want too to put the turbo inlet on, I know I would loose some performance. Just wanted too know would installing the sri with the stock turbo inlet be ok.

You could install it without the inlet pipe but you lose some of the performance. In our shop it takes about 2 hours to install one of the intakes in a Cx7. I would take a look at the instructions when you get the kit to decide.

Well I don't know how different the Cx7 is from the speed 6 . . . Same engine right ??

Anyway I installed my turbo inlet in like 30 min. Really not hard at all. Just as easy if not easier than installing the intake.

Got the intake today, will install tommorow and see if there is a big difference if I use the new turbo inlet or just leave the stock one.
