who can i buy one of those cams. i already have the j-spec intake cam. how much for high compression pistons.... will the 2.3 l pistons fit>?

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and guess that you probably buy the corksport cam from... Corksport. and no the 2.3L pistons will not fit.. kinda like how you can't fit a round peg in a square hole.

Can I run the J spes intake and the corksport exhaust cams together? How do they compare in power increase to the other perf. cams on the market.How hard are they to install? Is the test car a 2.0?

no it cant be done, not without boring the engine out to 2.3L
its kind of common sense.

what kind of dyno was the 166 NA whp pull done on?

it wasn't an NA car, it was a turbo'd car

no it was na "awr header, jspec intake camshaft, CorkSport exhaust, injen intake" na mods
the vid is one of the cams they have to show the sound of them, its not the dyno car mentioned

Eventually people will read the whole thread and get those right. Corksport wasn't 100% clear about it, but I mean come on...EVERYONE knows that you are not going to get 166whp with those mods ESPECIALLY since Corksport said you only gain 7whp...the other mods combined will get you ~120whp at best...

yea, definitely, 166? no way.. the gain of 7 sounds pretty sure to me. But they never answered the question as to what happens to the powerband on an NA car
