Corksport Boost Tube worth it?

Hello All,

Came across this https://corksport.com/2018-mazda-6-2.5l-turbo-boost-tubes.html Has anyone replace there stock with the Corksport boost tube and does it make a difference?

I had one on my 2016 sig and pulled it off when I traded it fo my 2021. Now its on my new sig. I can tell you there is almost no flex with the Corksport compared to the OEM.

It smoothed out the throttle response on my cx-5. Favorite singular mod I’ve done.

I have one for sale if you’re interested. I just upgraded to the whole intercooler/piping kit.

Not bad at all. You’re essentially just replacing one tube. It’s two clamps off, two clamps on. It’s all done from the engine bay. Getting the tube on perfectly took 2-3 tries. But it’s a fairly straightforward install.

For those who installed the cork sport boost tube, did you notice any change in engine noise? I just recently installed it and it seems like the engine now has a deeper sound to me. Might just be my ears lol.

There is no sound difference between the tubes but you will have a sound difference if you are running a SRI.
