Coolant Hose Broken

I had a CPE FMIC on my car, and during the install, I had to replace the coolant hose which runs right next to the cold air intake tube. After a ride home, and noticing a strong antifreeze smell, I opened the hood to no coolant and the fan running high.

What is the "OEM" name for the original tube the CPE tube replaces so I can get a replacement? (upper tube, lower tube, etc???)

Which one exactly are you talking about?

A month ago I had 15-381A been damaged...

seems to me like there might be a clearance issue, I would address that right after you put on your new coolant hose so it doesn't happen again.

hah I broke that same coolant hose on my cpe fmic kit. right where the bend touches the hotpipe it burst. I went to autozone and bought a close match then cut it to fit.

bykeryder4life, do you happen to remember the make and what car model the coolant hose was made for? I just experienced the same issue and have a minor crack on the CP-E FMIC coolant hose. Thanks
