Ummmm...you're gonna have to post pictures and a piece of paper with both your and the forum name and the date.

Thanks ;)

how much are you selling it for? I am by no way interested, but just curious. I am moving in to mine tomorrow in LA, Cali, but just wondering about the different markets

I knew I was forgetting something. I've updated my original post. Thanks! :)

it was only a matter of time untill condo for sale posts would find their way over here with the current housing boom. free bump. price sounds cheap, at least compared to south florida prices.

btw, this is a TOWNHOUSE, not a condo, right?

Townhouse, yes. If this were in South Florida, I could easily multiply the price by 2 at least, hehe. A guy I know in Key West bought a "townhouse' with about 900 sq. ft. for about $600,000. Once the renovations are complete, it's expected to be in the 7 figure range. Crazy.

That's insane. It all depends on the area. I wish I could get that much for mine, hehe.

oh yes, they are not kidding in those newspaper articles about real estate here being on fire. a newly built condo conversion, 2/2 with a garage (yes, its a condo where one unit is on top of the other but both have attached garages) were selling for $280K couple of weeks ago. i put a deposit down, then took it back, LOL

but the community is super nice, one of the best ones i have ever seen. anyways, sorry to junk up your thread

mine is 2bed/1.5bath 1000sq 300,000, in the city of San Gabriel, about 15 min from downtown LA, and it already went up to 325,000 in the 4 months since I bought it.

You guys (girls) in Cali have it rough. Everything is so expensive there, especially just to live. It makes me glad to live on the east coast.

Why don't you tell us how much the 1 bedroom condo is that you just signed for? (wink)

come on, do say.

(lol) Forum rules buddy.... I'm contacting a moderator.

sure, i'd wouldn't mind looking at some pics....i've been driving to atlanta and back (1.5 hour trip one way) and its killing me. so i'm starting to look for places closer in.

It being an end unit will definitely help it sell. My townhouse in Marietta (when I lived here before) was an end unit and it made a huge difference in sound/privacy/etc. Here's hoping you sell it quick for the asking price! (yes)

Thanks!

You're right about the end unit and what not. I hope it sells soon. I signed a contingency contract on a house Saturday. I'm very excited about it, but reserve my hope that this place will sell quickly.

As soon as all is said and done (if everythng works out), I'll be hosting a meet :D.

what happens if you sell the condo before your house is built? Where will you live? More importantly, where are you going to keep the Miatas?

My boss has an apartment over his garage. I may end up renting that for a bit. I'll probably keep the turbo Miata at his place and the white Miata at Waynes.

Man this thing is stressing me out. I'm having second thoughts about the whole thing. Unfortunately, it's too late to back out. (nervous)
