the fan shroud on the motherboard fits really well to the stock intell coolers from what I have seen, but the stock coolers also dont provide much cooling, they let the presscott cores sit at 40-60c at idle, this thing is said to keep it at 33c

this is the mounting bracket that goes on the back of the motherboard, it comes with a foam pad and sheet of mylar for insulation

yeah its just sitting in there right now, I have nothing to mount it to yet :( but payday is friday :)

I guess they just sent it via the pony express, hopefully by tomorrow I should be getting my package from a guy on horseback, provided the indians dont steal his horse and mail bag

you have to file a well descripted freight claim and they do what they call an OS&D investigation (overage, shortage and damage) and systematically check each point the processor would have traveled through, manifested or not, until they can be sure they are not going to find it. then they * might * pay you based on the value of the item or try and force the shipper to deal with it.
 
aric that sucks... fedex lost my shipment of a gameboy cartidge in a small envelope. from now on if i have to send or order something i'm buying along with something to make the shipping package bigger. i never got my cartidge or payment for lost package :(

express saver from newegg only takes 2 days for me. i always get my boxes a day earlier than fedex even says. oh well.

that doesn't mean much. thats just fedex express' basic three day service

FedEx Express : air only service with either 3 day, overnight or priority overnight
FedEx Ground : ground only service 5 to 7 day
FedEx Freight : 1 to 4 day point to point truckload/pallets
FedEx Kinko's : dumbest name for a store ever
CaptainKRM : complete tool for posting all this
