you wouldn't happen to have picts of where? not for a vaccum line or pcv or maf?

I would take pics of it but i dont have a camera. But i can say that it is where the little fork mount is or WAS. I just put some duk tape over the hole and wrapped some hangers round it kuz i couldnt find my stock air box.

PVC is actual PCV (he got the letters mixed up) which is positive crankcase ventillation.

MAF = Mass AirFlow Sensor...the thing you plug into the CAI. (Cold Air Intake). The MAF measures the incoming airflow and feeds the information into the car's computer, which then adjusts timing and fuel to compensate. The MAF works in conjunction with the Air Temp Sensor, the MAP (Manifold ABsolute Pressure Sensor), and O2 sensors to determine your overall A/F ratios.

my computer is too slow so I'll try and put those parts into a mental picture...

You put the intake on or was there when whoever put it on right?

the pcv line is the tube you connected to intake and the funny lil ting that was conected to the air box with 2 philips screws is the maf senser. from what you are saying...the part where the intake was welded to the bracket holding it in place broke? also was this a manual or auto transaxle it was installed on?
