coilovers

if i drop my p5 with coilovers, would i need new struts, swaybars, or dampeners? would the stock ones blow? and how would the ride be without them?

You should change the shocks unless the springs are the same rate as the original shocks.

A stiff spring is 150lb/inch

If you put in the 150lb/inch spring on a stock shock, it will bounce, the soft shock wont be able to control the action of the stiff spring.

and you will have a little stiffer ride...
