Coil overs too low

I got my coil overs in, they look nice right now, just hugging the rear wheels, the only problem is, thats almost as far as they go up. I followed the directions..... Also, the both the fronts are the same amount to turns in,. however, on the left side i can fit one finger between the tire and fender, and on the right side, i can fit two, i think it was just because i got into an accident and it might have tweeked the fender without me knowing.
