I know that there isnt much data about it posted, nor the price but people from Cobb says it's coming soon. It seems like it's going to be a great intercooler and read a write-up that agrees.

He doesnt say much since hes not all the way done with the writeup but he basically say's that hes really impressed and that it would be a great option for anybody looking for an intercooler.

Any other thoughts or opinions on this?

I dont exactly understand what that dick comment was for.
This thread was meant to start discussion on the upcoming Cobb fmic.

Just messing with you man, chill.:) For one, half the post makes no sense with joined words etc. Then the link does not work so I guess what is being said is that you made a post with the potential to provide some info but then left that part out, lol.

Will this kit fit on my mom's Dodge Caravan?

Thanks,
Aaron

Well if you turbo'd the caravan, it will fit. it MIGHT work if you supercharged it, i just am not 100% sure as Cobb has specifically told me they havent tried that particular setup yet.

Actually yeah, but slight modification is required. Why don't you buy one and if you can't get it to work, you ca give it to me.

Well the engine code for the msp is the same as the ms3. I also installed the cobb ms3 sri on the protege and it fit like a glove. So i figure the fmic kit will fit.

the dot org forum you may know of has someone with the kit on and will write up on it soon

So you got an 8" plastic pipe and filter to fit...and based on that you assume that 6 feet of hard metal pipe and a 2 1/2 foot intercooler should fit too? Because the bumpers, grills, underhood space, and mounting points are all the same, even though they are two completely different models based on two different chassis designs?

I doubt it, sparky. Intercooler pipes are designed and bent to fit a very specific application. You might as well try to fit the Cobb intercooler for the STI or the Evo on your protege.

First off, you forgot about the most important component of a fmic kit...the silicon couplers. There is alot of play in each coupler to allow for many different applications.

Second, do you really think i can get the sti or evo intercooler to fit?

Third, you are an idiot :)
