sounds like your maf needs calibrated badly. especially if stft aren't 0 yet. once your stft are around 0 that means your ecu has learned everything and recorded them as ltft. you want your ltft between -8 and +8.
 
theres a lot of paper work but its very much worth reading. what ever it takes. print it out, put it in a folder and read that whole thing,...several times if possible. if you really wanna know this stuff start there. i've read threw it once and still feel i could use some more studying to understand.

help me out here if i'm wrong: the ecu makes its adjustments to meet its target values in absolute load. it also targets torque as well? threw the boost tables? based on several variables threw other sensors?
see, i need to study more cause the more i think about it the more questions develop. i dont wanna throw this too off topic.
