Cloth and Leather seating surfaces?

On the Mazda website, it says that the i Touring model is avaiable with cloth and leather seating surfaces. Can anybody tell me what that's about? It is similar to the seats found in the Fusion (with sport package)? Also, if anybody has a picture, please post.

This comes with the convience package in the touring. I actually like it a little more than the full leather that comes in the GT. Its cloth on the seat where your thighs/ass touch and back. It provides a little more grip in my opinion.

It looks ok but I found it to be less comfortable than the all-leather or all-cloth seats. I can't explain it but my wife agreed.

Yes, it is similar to the Fusion leather/cloth seats.

The good thing about it is that i don't burn the back of my legs after sitting in the sun all day. I had all leather in my '07 3 GT,but i like this better.

on a more general note - how do you guys rate the seats in the 6? I'm the owner of a 2001 Protege ES and I love my seats. I never get fatigued at all. I test drove a 6 recently and the cloth seats felt just a tad stiffer but equally supportive.

Seats

I think the leather seats are poorly made compared to the cloth ones.
The bolsters are not even or the same firmness from one side to the other. On the airbag side, they are lumpy, the design amateurish with metal frame pieces visible plus inadequate bolstering. I find myself on the verge of sliding-off the seats during "spirited" cornering.
Number one or two complaint about the vehicle, the other being the hesitation before the engine is completely warmed up.

Honestly the leather seat was the most comfortable one I've driven for years.

I could care less about bolstering personally; I'm very wide at the shoulder and always felt that bolstered seats felt too confining.

Unlike my last 3 cars, I can get into 3 or 4 different positions that are comfortable to drive in (I may even be able to get correct posture in a year or so :D :D :D ).

They are being discontinued in the 2010 model. I think they look a bit odd . . . But that is just my opinion. I may buy the version with cloth seats, and add full leather sometime later.
