Since I bought the car last february, at every cold start, the engine would rev up to about 2100RPM and emit a clicking noise, like if something was loose in it (I thought it was the injection system). I recently switched to synthetic motor oil (5W50) and the noise has disapeared. Can anyone explain this please.(huh)
