Probably was less than 20k. I spent only about 4000 bucks and got mine into 13s untuned. Would have easily been in the 12s with more tuning.

yep, i just threw the number 20k in their for the hell of it, i will give credit to those motors, they take a hell of a lot of abuse and still keep moving... i just wish people diden't rice em out as much as they do.

you mean stupid people, who rice out their civics=rice. I know all civics aren't rice but i've seen more riced out civics like the one in this pic... than i have nice ones. Even though i have a good friend of mine whos got a completly NON riced out civic that runs 12's..

gotcha, yea I agree... the civic got a really bad name because you have people out there throwing on a muffler and cone filter and then claiming they run 12s all day long. Along with all the rice accessories.

just my 2cents but the point of having a fast ass civic like that would be exactly that its still a civic ... think about what it feels like to a mustang/camaro/or even some vette drivers when "just a civic" owns you down the track

lol im just messin, diden't realalize you live in canada, i know modding a civic is farely cheap, just a few weeks ago my co-worker bought a '92 hatch, and hes planning on swapping an H22 i belive, an tuning it to make some big h.p. BTW- the hatch costed him about $950!

its easier for a B18c to go in since its direct bolt up, the prelude engine needs serious modifications for it to fit

B18c = 195HP + 75 shot NAWWWS = 270HP in a ~2300-2400lbs car

ya the b18's do bolt right on, hes gonna have to cut a lil here and there and mod. to get the H22 to work properly, but he doesn't work during the summer so hes got the time/resourses, a fun summer project!
