Well, like I said, they chose the wrong car to represent imports. They have many MANY better choices than that, they just chose 1 of the lousiest.

there is NO WAY that civic has 600whp. no friggin way. Ive seen civics with under 500whp get down the track far quicker than that.

the show bites, make it a real race for pinks, fi you want ot put any handicap or challenge into it well make it braket racing, you dial in your tiem and try to hit it without braking , or breaking your bracket, just have 3 races heads up if you talk smack that you can win, then you dotn need no stinking car lenghts, its all b.s. for tv. make it a rela race for pinks. either i can win im faster lets racfe, or make it bracket, its a show that makes me laugh cause its dumb, id rather watch power rangers than this!

True; it's dumbed down drag racing for sure.

And besides, everyone knows that when you think "import" a Civic comes to mind, and F-bodies are all there is.

Every show I've seen has gone at least 4 races...usually 5. If they didn't give people handycaps it would end after 3. Then what would they do with the rest of the time?

I agree that it's stupid...but that's the show.

They should do Pinks on a road course...I'd like to see two guys battling it out through some turns with their ride on the line.

Yeha I dont think that has 600 hp.. My friends integra just won an ndra race and he was the top qualifier with 9.2 sec in 620hp. Thats one funny race made the whole import racing look bad.

I am not sure if anyone read the threads on the other forums, that was the best part of this whole thing. The kid got the car back after having a nervous breakdown. The guy with the TA actually went on Honda-Tech to defend the kid. He now has a hatch and wants to race anyone who is willing.

That was crappy driving by the civic owner. They should of got a better driver, who can actually drive off-the line. I'm sorry but that civic sucked for having 600hp. He gave him 20 car length head-start, that's ridiculous.
