Anyone know how this happens? I have a phone that likes to drain quickly and it's nice to charge it with the car charger. This is the only thing on my MSP that doesn't work that I know of, so I'd like to get it fixed. I'd also like to stay away from tearing apart the dash if at all possible. Any help is appreciated!

Nothing really catches my eye...here's what the panel says for the fuses:

WIPER
ENGINE
METER
P/WIND
DOOR LOCK
P/WIND
ROOM
MIRR DEF
A/C
R.WIPER
S/WRM
H/CLN
RADIO

Which one of these even relates to the cigarette lighter? I'm gonna pull each fuse anyway to check them.

Mine does the same thing, I've changed every damn fuse in the car and still nothing, i've given up and i think it my be a wiring problem.

Okay the H/CLN applies to the cigarette lighter. The 20A mini fuse was blown out, replaced, everything works again. Seems small and noobish, but sometimes the little things are confusing. Thanks disturbed fan :D

Oh, and you just have to have the key to the on position. Car doesn't have to be running, just ignition forward before a start.

H/CLN - it's a 20A

That's the fuse for the cig lighter.
