Hey everyone... I was just wondering if there were any other Christians on the board? I'll start it off...

I go to a non-denomination Christian church called Spirit and Truth Fellowship Church here in Philadelphia. I've been saved for over a year now.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE... do not flame on this thread. If you are atheist, non-religious, etc, please just be respectful. Thank you...

Missouri Synod Lutheran by upbringing, just have my own personal beliefs now...

I was born and raised Catholic too, then got confused... now I see more clearly...

I used to go to church about twice a month, but lately I've been studying by myself. The Bible can be interpreted in many ways, and I think it's a good idea to read it for yourself and see what you learn. :)

I've tried to, but only got through Genesis and Matthew... I gotta get back to it.

Natey, yes it is interpretted a million different ways, that's the problem with religions. I like the fact that I'm in a non-denomination church where the teachings are straight from the bible, nothing more.

Atheist......raised as a Lutheran (Wednesday nights and twice on Sundays)......never believed it.....stopped going as soon as I was big enough so my parents couldn't force me.

this may sounds weird, but I'm a Won-Buddhist, since I was 5...
Won-buddhism is from korea, also member of UN.

i'm more or less a seasonal roman catholic. i go to service on christmas and easter. everything else in between, god told me i didn't have to go to.

I am technicaly catholic.
However after my bother hated CCD I didn't have to go when I was old enough. I really had no exposure to the church.
Although my parents found me watching Mysteries of the Bible and wonder how the hell that happened.

Have been going to a non-denom. But am now helping my former youth pastor with a church restart for a church that is affiliated with the North American Baptist association, however they are Baptist in name only, it's pretty much like a non-denom.
