chip upgrade on the n/a FC....

would the uprade give any difference in my engine's performance..

...this is before I think of doing the porting on my car.

I would save my money , from what i have heard the power gains are pretty small. Do you have a exhaust that would be my first mod, you can pick up some pretty good power with a header and full exhaust.

yes I've put magnaflow's (I had to keep the cats because of the smog), short intake I've changed my whole suspention including sway bars and front strut tower bar....crossdrilled and sloted rotors.

the thing is that my engine runs pretty clean now, you are right
FC3's boy I should probably wait and then get it ported...

I run the header set up and just switch it out with the stock stuff when it's time for smog.

that's a good idea...what's the hp gain with headers?

I would say 15-20hp to the wheels, I have the custom exhaust( header back to apexi N1) that i use every day and i just saved all my stock exhaust to put on when it's smog time. Just watch out for the po po's.

yup...I was surfing trough some cites and found one that does chip upgrade for rx7, you need to send them your old cpu for upgrade.....
