they are apr performance formula one carbon fiber universal mirrors...i had to make the base and its made of abs plastic, i will more than likely paint the base classic red...lemme know what you guys think...

I agree. I think it's pretty cool. The pictures weren't the best angles, but I like them. It's different, and that's cool. If you can find a piece of flat black plastic, or metal, it would look better. I don't like the rough look of the ABS stuff you have.
And no, I don't think this is rice. That comment was dumb. Just because YOU don't like something, doesn't automatically make it rice.
