ceramic or kevlar brake pads?

Just wanted opinions on which is better for our cars, only brake upgrades I really plan on for now are the set of 4 oem size brembo cross drilled rotors, new pads and possible SS brake lines(really not sure if those make a difference)

Anyway with just those plans I figure the pads will need to be upgraded too, and I have found ceramic and kevlar pads on ebay and kevlar ones pretty checp on a couple sites.

Anyone know which is better?

also by good price I mean about 40-50 plus shipping. Really dont know what retail is.

KVR Carbon Fiber, I had them at all 4 corners on my old ride and they were dustless. I'd clean my wheels like every 2 months no joke. I used them in conjuction w KVR cross drilled rotos and SS brake lines. Stopped on a dime.
