CEL system to rich at idle

I'm getting a CEL for system to rich at idle speed....has anyone ever got this CEL. I acctually just installed the step colder plugs like 2 days ago no cel till now. Would the plugs cause this ? My mods are 3" custom cat delete. fujita intake and H&R springs. I didnt see this exact code on the list. it was like 2400 something

yeah, i got that a while back. well kinda, i got too lean, and then too rich. in my case my O2 sensor was stuck. its a dealer job. sorry.

You may have the air filter jammed too far up on the intake pipe, choking it off.

yeah, i got that a while back. well kinda, i got too lean, and then too rich. in my case my O2 sensor was stuck. its a dealer job. sorry.

A few people have told me that , but isnt there a seperate CEL for the O2 sensor ?. Also is it bad to run rich ? How long should I be able to drive it before getting it fixed ? BTW The car is actually running stronger than ever since this. At least it seems to be !

You may have the air filter jammed too far up on the intake pipe, choking it off.

I checked the intake like 2 days after putting it on . I'll check it again though.

I had this code when I ran my BOV vent to atmosphere....ran way to rich...when I swiched it to recirculate..the CEL went out!

i got three CELs none of which said O2.

i would recommend getting it fixed soon.

Thanks.... but I didnt have lack of power or a rough idle. In fact it seemed to running better than ever !. Well thanks to all who responed.. The CEL actually just went OFF today so I'll keep my eye on it !!
