CD-R's not playing?!

I've noticed lately that the stock cd-player in my 2002 p5 is skipping through CD-R's that I've burnt. It's fine with store bought CDs however, and fine with CD-R's I've burnt in the past.

I thought it was the CD brand, so I've tried 3 separate companies' CD's recently and I've had the same problem with all of them.

Has anyone else come across this problem? I don't think it's my burner because it's relatively new. These skipping CDs play perfectly in my home stereo!

stock cd player skips alot of cd's... so I went with kenwood. problem solved.

When I used quality music cd-r's with the stock unit, I had no problems. Only when I used the cheap (and even no so cheap) regular cd-r's did my stock head unit skip.
