Carbon Fiber hood

Thinking about putting one on my MS3. Can some people puts some pics up of theirs so i can check em out?? thanks!

logik816 has one on his car. I was at his house installing demon eyes this weekend, I forgot to take a picture of his car. But his hood looks great and has good fitment. His car is a 2007 true red speed3. PM him and he'll probably throw a pic your way so you can see what it looks like.

I'd like to get a cf hood someday, and since my car is black it won't look too different. I just hate how the stock hood is so damn heavy

Uhateit, that's a hella nice ride. Logik the cf hood looks good as well. How is wheel hop? Wish I could make the exterior look nice like your rides

you have to remove the front bumper, then remove the plastic piece behind the grill (which is attached by 10 screws and 3 snap on clips) and mask off accordingly with the color of your choice.

AGREED!!!! I have the cs m inserts and its really smooth, tho to me the motor rocks a bit with low rpm shifting, logik let me drive his car around the block, i never got on it but I wanted to see how the su mm felt and it was buttery smooth! It had no vibes at all and i turned the AC on and turned it all the way up just to check. Low shifting, low rpm, ac all the way up, driving around and reversing to make a u-turn all felt perfectly fine. That is a dream MM, so if anyone is thinking about getting the su I would highly recommend it. I drove a speed3 with the TRZ and it vibed like heck to me.

CS inserts are fine also, just not as stiff/smooth as the su, but the su was perfect, buy one if you're ever in the market for a mm.

Looks good! Is that meant for a Mazdaspeed3 or is it a Mazda3 hood? I ask because of our TMIC's.

Also. where'd you get the hood and how much was it?

I love white cars with CF hoods. =D

thanks. I forgot about taht site. Hood looks good, the OEM vents can be used with it, which is good to know! I need to start detailing more cars to get the $ for one of those!
