Car wash with roof racks installed

I recently installed the Inno racks and fairing on my Mazda 5. It desperately needs a car wash, but haven't taken it because I was worried maybe I shouldn't with the racks on the car. The car wash I normally went to is a touchless. Is this safe or should I just hand wash it when racks are on?

Touchless does not care if you have roof rack or not, they just use water jets from distance, roof rack should make no difference to that.
You can ask the car wash facility if they have any restrictions, but for sure stay away from the running kind.

I have an Inno rack with fairing on my 2012 and it's been ok at the local car wash - no problems.

I have Mazda OEM racks. I've had several car washes already from local automated car wash places. There's been no issue at all. I usually would notify the tech that I have a roof rack on. Usually they have a feature that shuts off the brush that cleans the roof. For the times I forget to notify them, the roof brush has not made any damage at all. I would imagine aftermarket racks like Inno's is as secured on the roof as OEM.

After I installed my racks (DD hehe) I've done all my own car washes. But looks like your ok with touch-less washes.
