Car shakes at 55-65 mph after new suspension / alignment + alignment question

I just paid a mechanic to install the KYB suspension parts from this list: https://www.mazdas247.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=214666&d=1470238937

Went with gas-a-just for rear shocks. Added the SPS-67420 rear upper control arms and new front sway bar.

Had an alignment, asked that the rear camber be put at 0 to -0.5, that was done, but the car now shakes between 55 and 65 mph. I'd call it a moderate to heavy shake in the steering wheel.

My thought is that by taking the wheels on and off at least twice a weight was knocked loose and one of the wheels are no longer in balance. Then again, my current wheels are pretty worn on the inside, I've had them for 20,000 miles and the inside of my tires are normally bald by 27,000 miles (which is why I wanted the adjustable rear upper control arms). I'll get the tire balance checked tomorrow but in the meantime, how do these alignment specs look:

All are current measurements. Format = low range [actual] high range, all in degrees

Left front
Camber: 0.3 [-1.0] -1.7
Caster: 4.0 [2.5] 2.0
Toe: -0.09 [0.12] 0.28

Right front
Camber: -1.7 [-1.1] 0.3
Caster: 2.0 [2.7] 4.0
Toe: 0.28 [0.13] 0.28

Left rear
Camber: -0.3 [0.0] -2.3
Toe: 0.00 [0.11] 0.23

Right rear
Camber: -2.3 [-0.1] -0.3
Toe: 0.23 [0.05] 0.00

Front (for both)
Total toe: -0.18 [0.26] 0.55
Steer ahead: -0.05 [-0.01] 0.05

Rear (for both)
Total toe: 0.00 [0.16] 0.45
Thrust angle: -0.80 [0.03] 0.80

If you're wondering, total parts including rear adjustable upper control arms and sway bar for front was ~ $750. Suspension labor was $550. Alignment was ~ $100. So about $1,400 total, but the suspension feels great again and my tires should last at least twice as long.

Start with the easy and get the wheels balanced. I'd be going back to the same mechanic so he knows there's a problem. If wheel balancing doesn't fix it he may have to double check his alignment work.

The problem could have been there before, and the worn shocks and suspension components masked it.

The problem could also be caused by rust or dirt in between the rotor and hub, or rotor and wheel.

As bsedgal suggested, I would recommend doing a roadforce rebalance on the tires and wheels first.

Got the tires re-balanced / rotated today (Discount Tire), I'll need to take it on a longer drive but that seems to have taken care of the problem. Per the guy at Discount Tire sometimes a spacer will slip and isn't noticed by a mechanic. I don't know. Anyway, seems to have taken care of the issue.

How do the specs look on the alignment?
