I think its made up, If he would have **** up that car they would have got his plate. He would pay for it one way or another. The dead give away was its on a use car lot. But still, it shows the cars powers. But there still dumb asses.

3 things make me think that's an accurate assessment.

1 - They drove with no license?! Even a rookie would not let someone drive w/o copying the license. Especially one who looked shady.

2 - How did they manage the exterior shots? The burnout, etc? Obviously, the cameraman had to get out of the car, OR (highly unlikely), a second cameraman had to get to a predetermined location and wait.

3 - That final shot of the salesman and (probably) the manager. Why, if you've just done something as crazy as that, would you stick around to get that kind of a shot? Wouldn't you just run before the salesman could react? After all, if the whole thing was caught on tape, then the cops had a clear case right there.

This has to have been faked. But if it was real... I don't know how many times I've felt like I was in the passenger seat when dealing with dealerships. Kinda nice to see the buyer in the driver's seat for once. But burning out and s*** like that? I think that's over the line a bit.

Thats how my friend died. Some douchebag kid came in to test drive a car and smacked right into a pole killing my friend who was a salesman just trying to sell a car. **** them!

I couldn't watch it. The minute he said he didnt have a license or anything and still wanted to test drive the car and I saw the keys change hands, I shut it off. I couldnt watch the rest of it. My eyes would've been bleeding afterwards and I'd be tossing and turning all night. Kinda makes you think twice before you let someone else drive your car or valet park it.

If it's not fake... which I'm pretty sure it was... then that poor salesman was the most unluckiest, dimwitted, unemployed pawn to walk the Earth.

I remember hearing about something like this a while ago. Was it an srt-4? I remember about some kid that test drove an srt-4 and killed the salesman by hitting a pole but went threw a fence first and the fence went into the guy driving his face and tore back the skin from I think the bottom of his chin to his forhead. Not to threadjack too much just curious if this is the same event.
