Can't get rid of engine light

I have a 2009 Mazda6 2.5l and I'm trying to get rid of the engine light. Scan code shows wiring fault and catalytic converter inefficient, have replaced both o2 cat sensors, cleared code then next day engine light came on again...Any ideas on where to next?
