Can i get clear instruction on how to remove my bumper?

I'm going to be painting my light housings soon and need to get them off the car

I know you have to remove the front bumper....how do i do that?

Can anyone give me simple instruction on how to do that??

I will search and post tomorrow it is 11:30pm here and i gotta go to work soon. I will be back on here at about 6ish on the 20th (tomorrow), and will find the instructions then. I know i have them somewhere on how to remove them.

If you look for this car on tv or what ever you will never use all 16 .
