Can anyone share the install instructions for the OEM DVD player?

I am looking for the instructions for installing the OEM overhead DVD player. I have seen them on here previously, but search is not turning them up right now.

Keep in mind that these are the instructions for a Mazda5 without a sunroof. If you have a sunroof I assume the location of the DVD player would be different.
