Can anyone get deals on TIRES?

I just bought the FUZIONS also! I bought them on saterday, 205-40-17s. There great. Its the tuner tire for firestone. I paid 98 a peace, what did you get them for. I bet I could have got them cheaper but I hate haggling.

i have not, my rears are going to be slicks soon...owell
damn tires
if i buy them alone (online or from someone) then i have to pay to ship, dismount and then mount/balance....so it only seems cheaper to just buy from a local store (discount tire)...
sucks right...

so i still am not sure which tires to go with...

I found out that I can get some pretty ok deals on tires now and NTB. I recently had to get tires for my girlfriends car, and I saved around $125 or so. I work at Carmax, and apparently we buy all of our tires from the NTB across the street from us. They give us good deals if we say that we need tires for a state inspection or something like that........

Yea I have the tires on right now. One of the main questions I asked was if the were good in the rain. I have to say after driving around for an hour this morning in the rain thay are great! I didn't slip unless I made it slip. Even making it spin they hooked up quickly. The Fuzions are a good tire IMO!

Anyways, I searched around on the net for the tires that I wanted (Ecsta MX's) and found the cheapest place online. Then I went in to Discount and showed them the printout. They are super huge so they do price matching. They ended up taking like $30 off per tire and I had them installed there. No need for shipping...
