Camshaft valve covered in powertrain warranty?

Hi,

I have bought a used Mazda CX-9, I had a 1 month old power train warranty left, upon inspecting the car found there is oil seepage around the camshaft valve. Please find the attached photos.

Could anyone tell me whether this will be covered in the powertrain warranty?

That should be covered under warranty.

I had the same leak (with that oil control valve) 45,000 km into my vehicle. Was replaced under warranty.

It's known to leak on CX9 and CX5s.
