Check out this nuttwad I saw on the streets of Columbus. Yep, that's his foot hanging out the window. He was driving about 10 over the speed limit, tailgaiting, speeding, honking at people. A woman was in the front seat and there were was at least 1 baby in the back.
(chair) some people....

The worst part is, this is the 2nd person I saw doing this in probably a month. The other was a nasty, fat, toad-woman.

shoulda got the liscense plate and send the pic to the po pos, driving without shoes is illegal, specially with a foot out the window.
