Camber adjustment

Hey guys, I need to adjust my camber all around. The front adjustment is needed because one side is much more negative than the other and I want it for the rear to give me some more clearance so I don't rub.

Can I use camber bolts all around for adjustment?

I did, worked great when i had my car real low. I used ingalls

gotta have full suspension to adjust camber????

What does this even mean?

And MattV - Yes, camber bolts will do the trick. I have camber bolts @ all 4 corners to adjust. It's either that, or slot your strut/hub mounting hole to do it that way.

im talking about like the k sport suspension. how you can adjust the strut at the top and it has all the markings. i never heard of camber bolts till now. i havent looked to much into suspension, mainly engine

I got mine on eBay. Eibach camber bolts. Forgot how much I paid but I would guess under $50

So I'm gonna get these soon. What camber settings do you guys recommend for some improved handling? I'm at factory camber specs at the moment and want to go a little more negative so I get some better handling but at the same time I don't want my tires getting eaten away. Any suggestions?

i have -2 all around.. as long as you get an alignment and it s a good one after messing with camber you shouldnt have any crazy wear

Hey i actually have the Eibach camber bolts sittin im my garage for the front and rear! If your still needing these shoot me a pm! Just want them gone...

IIRC, u don't NEED camber bolts, but it may give more adjustment range.
You can get almost 2 deg from stock bolts / setup.
I run less than that now.

factory specs are -1.8 front & -1.4 rear, IIRC. Most camber bolts will give you an additional 1-2 degrees of movement.

I need this too. I need another degree in front and maybe rear too, for better tire wear. I drive plenty of canyon road every day, and I'll have LESS wear with a more aggressive setting.

Anyone know the max settings on the stock bolts?

They are basically adjusted for the factory specs, as I stated above. -1.8 front, -1.4 rear. There's really not much adjustability unless you slot your strut mounting hole.

And negative camber shouldn't wear out your tires. -2 is just fine, unless you're going all Euro and tucking tire and basically driving on your inner sidewalls... But you know better than that sillyness.

What wears out tires is the toe in or out. That's why it's SO important to get an alignment after replacing any suspension or lowering.
