Heat resistance of decal

My Mazdaspeed 3 caliper decals came in today! I know, dirty rims, crappy picture... but you get the idea.

How well does the decal resist brake heat?

So far no problem. I painted the calipers and put decals on my Solstice GXP a few months ago and they still look good.

I like that. I might do something similar except I would put the decal on before I paint and remove the decal when finished.

Good idea..I would put a coat of white down first where you wanted to put your sticker.Then put the sticker over the new white paint after its dry and then paint the caliper your color of choice.Remove the sticker before outer coat drys and enjoy.

Yes, I think the font is called 'sofachrome.'

you can paint the caliper red...put the decal on and then clear coat it with heat resistant s***

I used all the biggest ones but I have 4 mediums that would work on calipers and 4 smaller ones. You can have 'em. PM your adr. & I'll stick them in the mail. Merry Christmas!
