CAI heat shield

OK. So I got a CAI but I have nothing to hold it down. Any ideas. Was thinking about the corksport intake box but rather not spend that much. Seen the trashcan idea. Not a big fan. Wondering if there is a company that makes one. I have a gen 2 mazda 3s 2.5l

So the company that designed your CAI forgot to include a way to secure it? Why would you buy it like that?

if you look at the diagram "N" is part 073146
you can call K&N and order just the shield. Tell them you own it and it got damaged and just need to order the replacement.

The 2.5l and the 2.0l should still exit in the same place. Should work for you.
