CAI+Exhaust Combo

Sorry if this topic has been brought up before...

I found this package deal at ptuning.com. Do you think that this is a good deal?
I want to eventually get CAI and exhaust for my P5.

The exhaust is a good one. I almost bought one in a Canadian group buy that fell through here. I still have no cat back although I really want one...

Keep in mind that from Canada, I doubt the shipping will be free, plus you'll get dinged at the border becuase they ship UPS to Canada, so the deal (which seems good) is not so good after all.

that's a good price considering the magnaflows run about $345 before shipping and teh injen runs about $200 shipped.

Great Package!!

just got that package last week and installed it today and I think it sounds great!! its definitely worth the price but I also got the spalsh guard with it!!

here in canada i had to buy the stupid intake for 400 dollars CDN and my exhaust was 600 (custom catback) so i paid around $650USD at the time (1.5=1 xrate)

I have the Injen CAI and Magnaflow cat-back on my P5. The sound is a nice deep tone. I have heard others. but there is no comparison. Its not those winey rice burner sounding exhausts. I will post pictures once I get my camera fixed. I got mine off of Nopi.com

bosal's is a great exhaust, very nice sounding but very rich. My friend has a bosal on his car 2001ES, and in all seriousness his car sounds like a british roadster. Very throatty and nice, but just too loud without silencer for my taste. Great product though...

I called up Canadian Catalytic and they quoted me $465.03 CAD plus taxes. They're the cheapest out of all the re-sellers listed on the magnaflow site. Is that a good deal?

Interest in the Group Buy thread is heating up again. Check it out as the GB pricing will be WAY cheaper than this (over $50 less, including shipping). You'll only pay taxes if in Ontario (like I am )
