no, i owed $7900. i paid $26K out the door for the rx-8 (with touring package, sport package, and navigation).

people can say what they want about it being an auto because at the end of the day i still have a very nicely equipped rx-8.

I believe for the 2005 model the RX8 comes w/a 6 speed automatic. Just like the Mazda 6 now comes 6 speed auto if you get the V6 model (or is it only the grand touring package?)
