Hello there everyone, I have read several topics on cutting bumpstops/the importance of bumpstops on a lowered p5.
I have my tokico blues and springs, and I also have new strut mounts. I was originally going to use the old bumpstops/strut boots, but being that the car is 10 years old, I figured I should just change those out too.
I have read that the MSP bump stops are a better option, and I found the MOOG Part # K90462 on rock auto, which supposedly is what the mazdaspeed protege uses. Would it be ok to purchase that bellow/bump stop kit, or can anyone recommend me getting the normal p5 kit and just cutting them an inch or so? I'd like to just get it right the first time so I don't have to take the suspension apart once it is in.
Thanks!
