Build your own Vacuum Manifolds from Mcmaster

You can build your own vac manifold from mcmaster. Go to page 162-163 for a list of manifolds. Get the 1/4" inlet and 1/8" outlet. The number of outlets is up to you.

For barb fittings, go to page 223. Here you can purchase the 3/8" hose diameter (1/4" npt), part # 5346K18. For the outlets use part # 5346K11 (3/16" hose diameter with 1/8" npt).

Here the pricing break down:

1) Aluminum Manifold with 3 ports (black) (part # 5469K113) is $13.63
2) 1 pack of 5346K18 is $5.41 (10 barbs is included)
2) 1 Pack of 5346K11 is $5.13 (10 Barbs is included)

Total without shipping is $24.17

Good call. Been thinking about this myself.

i can't find that distribution block on mam's website, where exactly is it? or it is like a special order type deal?

its not on the site, you just have to PM Beau. It comes standard with his kits, but he will sell it seperately for $30. iirc

Yea McMaster is awsome. I get parts from them the next day, even if I order at night. They are amazingly fast and I don't even pay more for shipping. I already have a few DIY items drawn-up using parts from their website, this was one of them.

FYI with those barbs you need this manifold instead:
5469K111
$11.98

It has the right NPT port sizes for those barbs.

MCmaster is awesome. If you read the printed cataloge it says like 98% of the items in the cataloge are IN STOCK at their ware house. which is like 1300 page worth of crap...anyways. back on subject.

i actually tried to PM to buy one off him, but never received a PM back, but Ken offered me one(not sure if it's the same one), but i just recently bought one off of him the other day.

What kind of inlet and outlet size we need to connect this to intake manifold vacuum source or the brake booster line?

is 3/8 npt and1/4 npt correct for boost gauge and DSM AFC?

Thanks guys

Thanks to Terbow....I almost got swallowed by another thread since closed trying to sell these!
