Bubbles on my rims

I was wondering if anyone's seen this before... it looks almost like there's little air bubbles under the paint on my rims... it's on all four rims, but only a few spots on each. almost like someone spattered a couple drops of acid and it's bubbling up a bit. kind of hard to describe, i'll try and get some pics up, but just curious if anyone has heard of this before?

if this problem is on your stock wheels then we are on the same boat i"m sure the winter salt has all the blame

i have this same problem, pretty disappointing if you ask me. i polish and wash these suckers like nobody's business and they end up like this

there was a thread about this before. if you have an 02' protege5 and the stock rims are bubbling. if you are still under warranty then the dealership should replace them with a new pair.
