i almost always use warm, but sometimes i use hot.. it softens the bristles on my toothbrush..

i can't rinse with hot though... i have to use warm.

Wouldn't warm water just encourage bacteria? I think you are supposed to use cold for that very reason.

When I rinse my mouth I use boiling water. I boil it, keep it in my mouth for 5 minutes and that ensures that everything alive in my mouth dies!!
