Brother is graduating

So today my little brother is graduating from high school. I found out about it on tuesday. The last day that I could request for today off was last friday. I'm pissed that I cannot go because I was not told about it. My mom is pissed at me for not knowing about it when no one told me. I got pissed at her for not telling me and she got pissed at me because i got pissed at her. she told me that i live here and i should have known.

If its part time, just call in, you can always get another PT time job.

well i need the money and i didn't feel like screwing my boss so i went to work. It's not the fact that I wasn't going, it is the fact that I wasn't even told about it. Apparently my older brother was not told about it either.
