Brand new 2002 MP5 owner - a few questions

First off, what a great all around car, I come from owning a lot of larger rear wheel drive BMW's. A sporty compact front wheel drive is new to us - my wife and I both love it!

Second is I have a few questions as I am new to this scene and do not know the car very well (which I plan on changing quickly):

1) The previous owner 'thought' the car came with keyless entry in his FS ad, but does not have the keyless FOB. How can I tell if I have the module already, so all I have to do is buy a factory remote(s) & program it?
2) The blower motor vibrates a lot on speed 3-4, is this normal for these cars or is the motor on it's way out or fan blade unbalanced?
3) Looking for brakes frt & rear; where is the best & cheapest online store to buy Mazda OEM/aftermarket equivalent parts?
4) Can you recommend a v.good repair manual for this car?
5) Car squeaks badly from the front over speedbumps only; is there a known bushing, mount, etc.... that would cause this problem?

1: You can look under the dash and find the keyless module.

You should have keyless entry, i just bought a key FOB on Ebay because original owner lost it. i programed it to my car and it works great.
