Brake popping and now rattle. ???

I have recently noticed that when I pull away from a stop sometimes I would get a pop coming from the drivers side front. I suspect it is a sticking brake pad. Today I noticed a rattling sound from the same area and it is more pronounced when turning right. I limped home and before I jack up the car and start looking I decided to come here for advise. Whats wrong?

Lets just say everyone should check and make sure their lug nuts are tight.

I was just going to say that lol. When I painted my calipers I didn't screw one bolt tight enough and it was coming loose.
