Boost Levels

I wanted to get some input about some of my concerns. I'm running a 08.5 ms3 with HKS intake, rpmc inlet, turbosmart BOV in full recirc, corksport TBE, medieval's motor and tranny mount, and cobb ap running their v103 stg 2+. I've got the reworked PG turbo and the cobb fmic waiting to be installed. My question pertains to my boost levels. I'm spiking to about 21 psi and tapering off to about 18-19. Everything else looks pretty good, AFRs, LTFTs and so on. Kinda makes me worry a little bit when I see that boost spike like that. Is anyone else with a similar setup getting the same type of boost levels? I don't see a lot of people out their with ms3s limiting their boost or running an EBC. I've heard a buch of bad stuff about consistency with MBC's and I don't want to go that route. Any insight or suggestions wold be great.

I would check your Turbosmart setting, it's to tight, I had that spike too, after talking with the guys at Turbosmart they said that is UNSAFE and told me to back it down to loose and I did, now the car drives much smoother and spools faster then before.
