Boost issue...I'm boggled

So I recently replaced a fewthings on the car waste gate actuator, MBC, and put on a forged motorsports bpv. I also replaced the boost gauge because it wouldn't go back to zero, with a new gauge that issue was solved.

Now to the main issue I have the MBC almost screwed all the way in mainly to tst something I can seem to get past 3.5-4 psi and I am running at 21 vacuum. I can't here any leaks and no matter how much I adjust the MBC I stay at the same unless I unscrew it a bit. I need some possible problems for this so I can do the whole process finding out what is wrong.

Thanks

The MBC could be broken. Remove it and see if it goes back to stock boost. If not it may be a problem with the WGA. My Forge WGA has been spiking dangerously high when it's cold out and the car isn't warmed up yet.

Reaply hope
New waste gate actuator isn't broken the same withthe ne MBC it's never been used buti will seemif it does to back to stock boost.

The wastegate moves, what I think the issue maybe is that the wastegate is not sitting flush on the inside of the exhaust housing. I read a post about how the sleeve that is around the shaft for the wastegate can back out. I am going to check tonight, I will keep you posted.

I posted in there what I did to fix it, plus I took a punch to the housing to try to secure it in there. That was 10,000 miles ago and it has yet to happen again. Just food for thought.

Yep going to fix it just how you did, glad I found that post I was thinking about a new turbo lol. Is there anything else I should do while the turbo is removed?

I'm having similar problems with this Forge wastegate acuator, I just installed it because of the OEM acuator fail. And my boost will hold until wide open throttle, then it just spikes and acts like there is no boost? Wastegate on the turbo seemed fine, and there are no boost leaks, HELP PLEASE.

My Forge WGA spikes when I first hit the throttle and then backs down to 5-6 psi. It's unpredictable, sometimes it spikes 9-10 psi and it has spiked as high as over 13. When the car is warmed up or in warm weather it never spikes higher than 10, and it didn't spike as bad before I installed the FMIC. I plan on getting an ATP to replace it.

So I looked at the wastegate and didn't see anything wrong with it the sleeve is not backing out and it moves freely. So I am back to square one on this any other thoughts?
